Arabia Moomin mug Sailing with Nibling and Tooticky took its design from Tove and Lars Janssons comic “Moomin under Sail”. The siblings made the script for the story together, but Tove was the one making the artwork. Another Tove, Tove Slotte designed the mug over 50 years later. The original comic was published in 1959.
Another Sailing themed Moomin mug from 2014. Dark blue Moominpappa mug, also released in 2014, has a sailing boat as well.
Yellow-blue Summer mugs
After striped summer mugs, the next four summer seasonal Moomin mugs were yellow-blue themed. These yellow-blue mugs are: Primadonna’s Horse, Snorkmaiden and The Poet, Sailing with Nibling and Too-ticky and Moment On The Shore.
