Arabia Summer Mug 2024 has a similar color theme as Evening Swim (2019), Together (2021) and Fishing (2022) Summer seasonal mugs.
Summer Season got its purple and peach illustration from Tove Jansson’s comic strips, Moominmamma’s Maid (1956) and The Conscientious Moomin (1958). This time Arabia did not name the person behind the illustration, but stated instead that it was made by „Arabia’s in-house design team“.
On this mug you can find your usual suspects: Moomintroll, Snorkmaiden, Moominpappa, Moominmamma and Little My.
Summer 2024 Moomin Series
This mug was launched alongside Moomin beach apparel. Beach textiles included Snorkmaiden beach towel, Moomin Hammam towel and Moomin bags. Besides textiles, also a plate and glass tumblers were part of the 2024 Summer Series.
