Moomin mug Beach Day

Arabia Summer Mug 2025 was designed by Parvati Pillai. She drew inspiration from the Fuddler’s Courtship Moomin comic for this purple-colored seasonal mug.

Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden are picking up seashells on the front side of the mug. While on the back side Moominmamma is setting up a picnic and Moominpappa is warming up under a towel. Does this mean that  summers in the Moominvalley can be as cold as Scandinavian summers? It also appears that Moominmamma doesn’t have any Moomin mugs to serve her coffee from!
