This mug was introduced into the Japanese market in 2025 alongside the Moomintroll, Snorkmaiden and Little My POP mugs. All of these mugs have a white grid-pattern on them.
This Snufkin Moomin mug is also green-colored, not be confused with the 10 years older Green Snufkin mug. The quote inside this mug says: “Well I let little things happen to me and then I think they are tremendous.”
On the front side of the mug Snufkin is listening to a seashell and on the backside you can spot his best friend Moomintroll.
POP Moomin Mugs
These mugs hold 0.3 liters, the same capacity as Arabia’s classic Teema-shaped Moomin mugs.
However, unlike the traditional Moomin mugs, they feature a different material and a distinct design. These mugs belong to the Mainio collection, created by designer Irina Viippola.
The first four mugs from this series were launched in Japan in 2025.
There is a Moomin quote printed inside every POP Moomin mug.
