The original Little My Sliding mug was released in 1999. After the production of the original mug halted in 2007, the mug was briefly re-introduced in 2011 by K-Market. Interestingly the same company is the one behind the launch of this bigger version of the mug as well.
Even though this Moomin mug is based on the same design, you can tell that the color theme is slightly different. Time will tell which one will be more popular…
K-Market special Moomin mugs
Four 0,4l Moomin mugs were launched on 19th of August 2024 to be sold only in Finnish K-Markets. It was announced that this limited edition campaign lasts until 12th of January 2025. The production numbers are unknown. These new big mugs are: Moomintroll On Ice, Family, Snorkmaiden and Little My Sliding.
K-Supermarkets are owned by Kesko Corporation.
